Buongiorno
and Welcome!
Here we are, Laura and Giorgio Caponetti: if you are looking for leisure,
good food, art and culture in Italy, join us! We will help you to discover
our region and some hidden Italian treasures.
We personally ensure that the well-being of our guests is attended to each and every day, whether they are in our country house or during the
tours.
And here we live, sharing our house and our estate with guests from all over the world. Guests who become friends and enjoy Italian culture, food, nature and pleasure of slow life.
Since when we were young,
our dream was to spend our life in the country: big family, greenery all
around, horses, dogs and animals of all kind; many friends and guests.
That's why we decided to move from North Italy the whole family (our two sons Francesco and Lorenzo, our daughter
Chiara, dogs and horses) to Tuscania: we were (and still are) sure this is the most beautiful place to live in Italy.
Our family's motto is: "A guest may become a
friend". And since it's been happening for more than twenty years, we have
lots of good friends all over the world (and we are often in touch with
many of them since we speak English, French and some Spanish).

Tuscania is
one of the oldest towns in Italy (about 3000 years!), and placed
just in the heart of
Italy, in Latium at the border of Tuscany and Umbria: one hour from
Rome, two from Florence.
Ideal centre for discovering the beautiful hill-towns of central Italy like Orvieto, Siena, Viterbo,
the lakes of Bolsena and Bracciano, the enchanting Maremma, the Tirrenian
sea, the Spa.
Tuscania is surrounded by a land kissed by the Goddess of Fortune.
The
climate is mild and pleasant all year long; and even now the all land is
untouched
by air and soil pollution. One
of the most wonderful and wide green area you may find in Italy.
From our garden, we have this view of
Tuscania: three thousand years of history, with an unspoilt medieval town center.

And
this is our valley, in the middle of the Natural Reserve of Tuscania:
our
farm - about 130 acres of peace, green, peaceful view - is the heart of
the reserve.
The English writer D.H. Lawrence, "Lady Chatterly's lover" author,
was
here in Tuscania in the late 20s and he wrote:
"The most beautiful view in all Italy: the Etruscan
valley of Tuscania."
